For those wishing to spread the cost of treatment, we can arrange for you to pay in instalments (in advance of treatment). If you wish to pre-pay for example, for a friend or relative's treatment, we can assist by taking cardholder credit card details over the phone. All credit card details are processed securely at the clinic and receipts are posted out to cardholders the same day.

Our friendly and approachable staff will help you with any queries you have about the clinic and its extensive range of services.

As some of our products are highly individual and ordered-in prior to treatment, our staff will advise you if pre-payment is required before booking certain types of treatment.

Certain sessions e.g. initial consultations, require pre-payment as our medical specialists may attend the clinic on that day just to see that individual client ~ our staff will advise you if pre-payment is required at the time of booking.

Please note :- Whilst many appointments are re-arranged (with adequate notice) without any additional charge, the Clinic reserves the right to decline full refunds for missed appointments if the clinic is not afforded the courtesy of prior notification.
