11:40 Open forum for questions

          Introduction to the open session with demonstration stations

12:00 Working Buffet Lunch and opportunity to meet with and talk to staff who use the     software and equipment at each of the 12 demonstration stations. Guided tour  (small groups) of the facilities at Taw Hill Medical Practice

13:00 Open forum for questions

14:00 Opportunity to tour remaining demonstration stations and network.

Please note :- This is not a commercial event – no salespeople will be present. Places are strictly limited to 40 people. A nominal charge of £20 per head is made per attendee to cover the cost of refreshments throughout each day –this includes a modest buffet lunch.
