Pre treatment

No gel required. Zimmer Air cooling with photogenica V-Star

Typical Treatment Parameters

NLite - 585nm*

6-9 J/cm2 0.45msec using the 5mm (Silver) Vascular Probe

Photogenica V Star 585nm

5.5-6.5 J/cm2  0.5msec Pulse Width 7-10 mm spot size

Treatment head orientation and treatment delivery

Handpiece perpendicular to skin treated using physical spacing rod on handpiece. Even spacing of pulses - do not pulse stack. Single pass only.

Post Treatment

Post cool if needed with air + cool mask

Post treatment (angiogenesis inhibitor - IF appropriate* for the patient to take)

Clarithromycin* 250mg twice daily for 2 weeks

Clarithromycin* 250mg once daily for 2 weeks
