This video shows the NLite 585nm pulse dye laser used to treat Intense
Pulsed Light treatment resistant Acne Rosacea (rosacea that does
not respond well to Intense Pulsed Light treatment). The laser used in this
way causes bruising of the blood vessels and this develops as discreet dark
purple circular bruises as the treatment continues. The video below shows
